What is your hourly rate?

Since all events are different, we work directly with customers to create custom deployments that best fit their needs and budget. With the customer’s wallet and the attendees’ safety in mind, we create plans to keep everyone safe. I don’t think we want to put pricing on the website, but it ranges—the cheapest being the contracted customer, especially the ones who have been with us the longest.

What is the difference between BLS and ALS?

The answer I give customers is, “To clarify the difference between ALS and BLS, ALS ambulance means Advanced Life Support, and BLS means Basic Life Support. An ALS ambulance would have a paramedic and an EMT and would be able to give medication and monitor a heart rhythm using a cardiac monitor. A BLS ambulance has 2 EMTs and is equipped with an AED and basic equipment such as oxygen and splinting equipment.”

What happens at our event if the ambulance leaves for a transport?

Our staff must respond - so if a patient needs to be transported, we take them. Which often leaves an event without coverage. We can customize a deployment to add an EMT who will remain on site if the ambulance has to leave, or we can place a secondary ambulance on site. It depends on the customer and the type of event. According to the State Boxing Commission, sanctioned boxing events require two units, so there’s always a unit on site.

What are the EMTs responsibilities?

From our Terms of Employment:

What states are you licensed in?

We are licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We can coordinate coverage in all states because we have partnerships nationwide that allow us premier pricing. For example, if you were to call San Jose, CA, you would be told that a dedicated ambulance is $220/hour. If I email our contacts in San Jose, our rate is $150/hour. In the event that you’re hosting a nationwide event in 10 cities, you can hire us, and it’s one less thing you have to worry about. We are a one-stop shop for all your medical staffing requirements and needs. You’ll contract with EMSS, and we’ll coordinate on-site medical for all locations of your event. Also, if there’s an issue on event day, you can call my cell phone (for all locations), and I will respond promptly.
