Adam Scull is a seasoned executive with over a decade of leadership experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). As Senior Vice President and Director of National Operations at Event Medical Staffing Solutions (EMSS), he has played an instrumental role in guiding the company’s remarkable growth since its founding in 2008. Under his leadership, EMSS has expanded its national footprint, becoming a premier provider of special event medical services for large-scale events, mass gatherings, and municipal pre-hospital EMS, ensuring safety and medical preparedness nationwide.

Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Management, which has further equipped him with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of emergency preparedness and response effectively. Prior to his transition to the business world, he served as a police officer for over 10 years, developing strong expertise in crisis management and operations under high-pressure situations. His extensive law enforcement background has been a critical asset in the operational excellence and client-focused solutions EMSS is known for today.

In addition to his operational leadership, Adam is an accomplished pilot, holding helicopter and airplane licenses. His passion for aviation complements his professional pursuits, and he actively gives back to the community through his role at various volunteer organizations.
